Ade Ajayi is a seasoned Project Manager with many years of experience in managing and working within the Health and Social Care Sector.  

Over the years, Ade has built up extensive experience in leading teams and in the delivery of quality service.  

Ade has worked in a variety of capacities to achieve quality compliance and business resilience; he has in depth knowledge of facilitation of business strategy for growth and change management, as well as maintaining and nurturing strategic partnership across statutory services, NHS, Local Authority and third party sector organisations.

Ade read Estate Management (Esa Oke), Business Information Technology (South Bank University), has a Certificate and Diploma in Psychology ICM London, and qualifications in Health and Social Care. 

Ade’s main aims are continuing previously developed positive and proactive ways to support and promote the care and independence of individuals with varying degrees of learning disability at Index Care.
