Our Outreach Care Package is a flexible and responsive.
- Index Care offer a range of options for Outreach Care, delivered in your own home, including support with:
- Personal assistance.
- Light domestic chores.
- Shopping trips.
- Companionship for trips to see family and friends.
- Activities e.g. trips to local library, leisure centre, swimming etc.
- Sleep-ins and waking nights.
- Index Care Outreach is committed to the following:
- Providing a safe environment for you.
- Ensuring you are at the center of your support package and providing support with all your identified needs.
- Providing you with ongoing support and assessment to ensure development of your independence skills.
- Promoting your individuality and identity and for all the individuals we work with.
- Engagement in partnership with you, your family and professionals involved in your care.
- Continuous and ongoing review of practices through effective engagement with you and other interested parties using recognized quality assurance frameworks.

This journey encouraged her to develop a scheme where adults with special needs and learning disabilities could live as independently as possible, getting the correct support and care.
