Managing Director

Henry has worked in an extensive range of business and technology roles over the years, across small to large organisations within the financial services sector. As a result, Henry has a very broad range of commercial management, corporate finance, governance and stakeholder management experience at a senior level.

He read Engineering at Leeds University, specialising in Fuel and Energy Engineering, particularly in the field of Turbulence induced Heat Transfer mechanisms.

Henry is also a board level Director of Kent Golf Ltd, with responsibility for Junior Golf Development in the County and taking direct charge of the U13/U14 teams. His main aim is that all adults with Autism, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities should be valued as individuals, included, supported and assisted in achieving their dreams, goals and aspirations.

About us

‘Setting up Index Care has been Mary Phillips’ wish, her aspiration and her lifelong dream.’

This journey encouraged her to develop a scheme where adults with special needs and learning disabilities could live as independently as possible, getting the correct support and care.
