Care Quality Commission

Our wide range of Social Care services are covered under the appropriate Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration; however, our philosophy is always to go that extra mile towards delivery of person centered support, in a safe environment, beyond those fundamental standards outlined within the CQC framework.  

“In recognition, the CQC have rated us as ‘Requires Improvement’ overall, while noting that we continue to perform well in key areas, including being Caring and Responsive. These strengths remain important markers of the quality and compassion within our services. Our focus now is on addressing the areas identified for improvement to ensure we return to a ‘Good’ overall rating.”

There is always room for improvement and we will continue to improve across the standard areas in the CQC framework. Our aim is creating the right supported environment, to assist each individual who comes in contact with us - towards gaining a realistic perspective on how to integrate into the community. Key to realising this goal will be the Index Care team, led by a fully qualified and experienced Manager, backed up by fully trained Social Care Workers.
